To make this change:

1. Select Setup/Classes. The Classes window displays.
2. In the Classes window, in the field for Current Grade Spreadsheet, select the new marking period from the drop-down list.
3. Repeat this process for each of the classes listed on the left side of the window.
4. Click Close.

Since report cards go home tomorrow, I recommend waiting to make this change until we return to school Thursday. That way what parents see in Edulink will match what they see on the report card.

1. Go to Start/My Computer.
2. Scroll down until you see Network Drives and double-click on the “N” drive.
3. In the “N” drive, open the “sasixp” folder.
4. In the “sasixp” folder, open the “IGPRO” folder.
5. In the “IGPRO” folder, open the “IGPData” folder.
6. In the “IGPData” folder, open the “071” folder.
7. In the “071” folder, open the folder with your teacher number.
8. Select View/Show Details.
9. In your folder, look for the file starting with “MK” and check the Date Modified and confirm that the date and time is when you exported. If it is, your export was a successful!

Since I’m filling is for the SASI Adminstrator right now, I’ll contact everyone once I’ve pulled the grades in to SASI so that you know when you can check and confirm that not only did the export file “fly”, but that the grades are all correct.

3. Click the transfer student’s name. The date the student transferred out of your class and his/her average at the time displays in the Notes window at the bottom of the screen.

If a student has come to your class from another school, please check with guidance for that student’s grades.

The first time you run IGPro on a computer, you will be asked if you want to use the Integrade Pro
Server. The answer to this is ALWAYS NO (Failure to say “No” may result in data loss later.
It is VERY important that you say NO).

It’s that time of the year again! Are your grades close to being done? Are they all weighted less than 20% of the overall spreadsheet? There is an easy way to tell in IGPro. If you don’t have the column activated in IGPro, here are the steps to activate:

1. Select View/Change Columns from the menu bar.
2. Click the Tasks tab.
3. Make sure Statistic 4 is checked and set to display Percent of Spreadsheet.

You EXPECT to be “pointing” to your teacher folder, but it’s not.

This happens most often with shared computers. If the teacher before you has backed up his/her gradebook to a location other than the network, then when you come along to open IGPro, it looks for YOUR gradebook where the last teacher backed up his/her gradebook.

Not to worry. You just have to “map” IGPro back to your gradebook. All gradebooks are located on the network at:

N:\sasixp\IGPRO\IGPData71

1. Click My Computer on the left of the Open window.
2. “Double-click” the N: Drive.
3. “Double-click” SASIxp folder.
4. “Double-click” IGPro folder.
5. “Double-click” IGPData folder.
6. “Double-click” 071 folder.
7. “Double-click” Your teacher folder.
